Periodisation, not a list
Mesocycles, microcycles and sessions, with their sets, their loads and their per-set techniques. Your plan goes in exactly as you think it. Nobody flattens it into a list of exercises so that it fits.

30-day trial · No payment details
It is half past nine on a Tuesday. In a gym you are not standing in, someone types 40 kilos for 8 and gets on with it. They do not message you. They do not send you a voice note at midnight. On Wednesday you open the dashboard and there it is: entered by them, with their date on it. That is what is changing in this job — the data travels on its own, from the person training to you. That Tuesday does not happen by itself. Someone has to set it up first, and today that someone is you.

We write to you once: the day you can sign up. No newsletters, no calls.
No payment details, and nothing to cancel. 30 days: about as long as a mesocycle takes to tell you whether this is for you.
The problem
You control the plan down to the last set. Of the six days your client spends without seeing you, you control whatever they choose to tell you. And what they tell you, almost always, is "fine".
"How was your week?" "Fine."
And they are not lying to you: "fine" is what people answer. Nobody picks up their phone to tell their trainer they spent Tuesday on the sofa. You are left with an impression where you needed a fact, and getting the fact would mean asking again. And again the week after.
Thursday's check-in, reconstructed on Wednesday at eleven.
You dig the weight out of a conversation from March, the photos out of your camera roll and the measurements out of a note on your phone. What comes out is a check-in built from memory, and the conversation you were meant to have about their progress ends up being about whatever you managed to remember.
Nobody quits on the day they quit.
They quit weeks earlier, in the sessions they skipped while nobody was looking. You will not prevent all of them — no tool fixes that for you — but being the last to find out does not have to be part of the job.
What it does
Open your spreadsheet and count the tabs: one per client, each in its own format, and Marta's three weeks behind because that week you were swamped. SynerTrain is the software for personal trainers that takes that work off you: the plan lives in one place, your client opens it on their phone, and what they log comes back to your dashboard.
Mesocycles, microcycles and sessions, with their sets, their loads and their per-set techniques. Your plan goes in exactly as you think it. Nobody flattens it into a list of exercises so that it fits.
Upload the plan you already have in that folder and it comes out as an editable plan, with its mesocycle hierarchy or its meals. You review and correct something that already has structure, instead of typing the whole plan out again.
You pick the food from the catalogue and the calories and macros come out on their own. Every meal takes alternatives, so the client who has no rice tonight switches to potato by looking at their own plan, instead of messaging you at eleven on a Sunday.
Who is on track, who has eased off and since when, with the period's new clients and drop-offs, on one screen and without opening anybody's file. The one who has been slipping for two weeks shows up on the list without you having to ask.
The three-minute voice note that starts with "the second one on Tuesday, the cable one" is no longer necessary. Your client asks about that specific exercise or meal and a chat opens with the reference right there. They send you the video of their set and you answer on top of it.
Connect your Stripe account and charge them from the same dashboard where you plan for them: weekly, monthly or six-monthly, repeating without you having to remember. For the ones who pay you in cash you record the payment by hand, and it sits in their history like the rest. Every client with their own rate and the date of their last payment.
You build the form — measurements, photos, how-they-feel scales — and it is scheduled at whatever interval you set. The answers stay in the client's history with their date, so the one from three months ago opens in two clicks instead of being hunted down in a camera roll.
And on top of that: teams with an invite code that expires after 72 hours, an event calendar, and a resource library to park the things you currently attach to a message every time somebody asks for them.
How it works
You have a folder called "Plans" with forty documents in it, and that is exactly why you have gone two years without changing tools. Here the first step is not filling in blank forms.
Your training and nutrition plans in PDF go in as editable plans, with their mesocycles, their sets and their meals. Start with two or three clients: you do not have to migrate everybody on day one to find out whether it pays off.
Your client installs the app, enters the code and the request lands with you, to accept with one click: until then they are not in. If you would rather skip that step, hand out the direct-access code and they get in without it. Both expire after 72 hours.
They log their sessions set by set, their weight, their measurements and their skinfolds, and they ask you wherever the question comes up. When you change something, they have it the next time they open the plan: you resend nothing. You look at everyone's adherence on one screen.
Who it is for
We would rather tell you now than after you have spent an afternoon trying it.
Pricing
You already know how this ends with other tools: nutrition on one plan, follow-up on another, and whatever you actually needed always one tier further up. There is no cut-down version here. The only thing that moves the price is how many active clients you are carrying at any given moment.
We do not ask you for a card to get started. Which is why, when the trial ends, there is nothing to cancel: there is nothing to charge.
One variable, and you already know it. No comparing two columns with a magnifying glass to work out what you owe.
Planning, nutrition, adherence, questions and check-ins are in every band.
The figures will be published on this page before anybody can sign up for anything. We are not going to ask for your email in exchange for seeing a price: if you leave it, it is only so we can tell you the day it opens.
Start with the trial. When it ends, you decide with your own roster's numbers in front of you, not with a brochure estimate.
Questions
You pay for the number of active clients you carry, in bands, and every feature is in every band.
The actual figures will be published here before anybody can sign up.
Start with the 30-day trial: no payment details are asked for, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
Three things you do not have today, more than three things that annoy you today. The first: you stop asking. You come in on Monday and you already know who trained, how much they moved and who has been slipping for two weeks, without messaging anybody or waiting for a reply.
The second: the history writes itself. When the check-in comes round, the weight, the measurements and the photos from three months ago are there with their dates, and that conversation stops depending on what you remember. The third: there is one version of the plan. Not yours and the one they downloaded in March — one, and it is the one they open.
What does not change: you keep talking wherever you talk today. What moves is what belongs to the plan. And if none of this sounds like a problem yet, the honest thing is to tell you that you do not need it yet.
It is the most reasonable objection of all, and it is why PDF import exists: you upload the documents you already have and they come out as editable plans, with their mesocycle structure and their meals.
With one limit: it is ten imports a month as standard, so a large roster moves over in several rounds. Start with two clients and see whether it is worth carrying on.
Yes, and it is worth knowing before you try: the client side is a mobile app and today it is on Android. The iPhone one is on the way, but we are not going to give you a date until we have it in front of us: if your roster is all iPhone right now, this is not for you yet.
They do not get in on their own, and not with passwords you have to manage either: you hand out your team code, they enter it and the request lands with you to accept. And if you do not want to accept them one by one, hand out the direct-access code and they get in without that step. You assign the plan afterwards.
If one of them does not want to install anything, that client will not see their plan or log anything: you can carry on with them the way you do now, but we are not going to tell you it works the same, because half the value is in what they record.
What matters is what stops happening: there is no separate copy of theirs that differs from yours. The plan they open is yours, always the latest one, and the exercise you removed is not in it. No more resending, and no more being asked on Thursday about something you changed on Tuesday.
When they find out: a notification reaches their phone when you publish the plan, and another one — "Your plan has been updated" — when you change something on a plan they already had. While it is a draft you can touch whatever you like without bothering anyone: until you publish it, they do not see it. And if they would rather not get them, they mute them from their profile.
The database and the files are on servers inside the European Union. You only see your own clients, and no other trainer sees yours: that isolation is enforced in the database itself, not just in what gets drawn on screen. A plan, a set of measurements and some progress photos are health data and are treated as such.
Three things do leave, and we say so here rather than in the small print: the documents you upload to import are processed by an external artificial intelligence provider, phone notifications travel through Google's notification service, and payments go through Stripe.
You can delete your account yourself from the dashboard whenever you want: it is flagged that same day and the data is erased 30 days later. During that period you can still change your mind.
Before it opens
SynerTrain has not opened yet. Telling you otherwise would be the first reason not to trust the rest of this page. Leave us your email and we will tell you the day you can sign up and try it with your clients, with the bands already published.
Start today
You do not have to migrate your whole roster to find out whether this gives you Monday morning back. Upload two clients' plans, hand them your team code and look at your dashboard the following Monday. Either it saved you the morning, or it did not.
